Biophysics
We develop theory and computational models to understand the fundamental physical mechanisms underlying biological processes. Our current research interests span collective cell behaviour, embryonic development, and viral assembly. We use interdisciplinary approaches and closely collaborate with experimental scientists, building models directly from measurements and generating testable predictions.
